Yep, another entry about porn. And early on a Saturday morning, too... I'm just going to cut this whole thing, just in case it's entirely too much to deal with first thing in the morning... There's nothing explicit though, so don't get the wrong idea, ne? ^_^; ( Hikaru? Wherefore art thou, Hikaru? )Well, that was certainly a fair amount of picspam, wasn't it? XD And I think I've procrastinated for as long as humanly possible, so it's time for me to start doing something constructive, or I'm going to end up being really late, and my parents will be mad at me. Again. Actually, I'm not even sure how mad they get anymore, because they've sort of gotten used to it after all these years. But that's no excuse! I must get busy! Now! And everything around here survived the Fourth of July without bursting into flames -- Yay! I hope all of you were as lucky. Hey there! How long has it been since I posted a full rotation on a Friday night? Months and months at least... I'm going to get all of this done in one post, too, since I'm going to be otherwise occupied for the rest of the weekend. Hmmm. Not too much going on with me. This was such a busy week at work, so I feel like this rotation is just sort of thrown together at the last minute (no doubt because it was thrown together at the last minute), but next week will be better! I'm getting new CDs next week! :D AND I PRE-ORDERED THE NEW DIR EN GREY SINGLE, AND NOW I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER TO HEAR IT!!! I hope this means that the new album isn't far behind, and then Diru will be on a plane to come back to the States and drag me through blizzards and ice storms to see them in Chicago again! :D Woot! Rules: 1. All files are intended as samples only and must be deleted within 48 hours. 2. Please support the artists and buy the CDs! ( alice nine., LiZ, Dali, Miyavi, ELLEGARDEN, the pillows, and more! )Goddamn -- it sounds like a freaking war outside. I think everyone in my neighborhood must have gone out and spent a whole paycheck on fireworks. And since the rain cleared out this afternoon, they're all outside in the dark, setting fire to explosives of various sizes. It still amazes me the size of the shells that some of these amateurs set off. Some of them actually need launch tubes and make the real fireworks noises (you know, that muffled 'fwump' followed by a faint spark rising until it explodes with a 'boom' and rains multi-colored festive embers of death down on the whole neighborhood). No sign of the fire trucks yet, so we must be okay so far... I think I'm going to go sit somewhere else for a while, though, because it makes me nervous to be right in front of a window while there are so many projectiles in the air... Happy Fourth of July! Happy Fourth of July!!! And what better way to celebrate America's Independence Day than with a gorgeous picture of Japanese fireworks (snatched from Ken Lee at TrekEarth)... I'm sort of sorry for the unannounced picspam on your f-page, but you have to admit -- this is a phenomenal photo! :D And I found another cool thing, but I'll cut this one... ( More of those optical illusion images... )I'm uploading a bunch of stuff for my rotation right now, and I'm going to start posting after lunch, so I'll be back with that this afternoon. I'm going to try to post everything at once, but you know how that usually goes with me... But I have to get everything done by lunchtime tomorrow, because I'm leaving town for the rest of the weekend, and anything that isn't posted by then won't get done. But that's okay. It should be a nice visit with everyone, except it sounds like there's new controversy brewing over my cousin's upcoming wedding, so I hope that everyone can get along and have a nice visit on Sunday... I have been racking my brain for something to say, and I just can't come up with anything. How sad for me... But you'll notice that I'm going to post anyway. How sad for you...
Anyway, we are in the throes of fiscal year close at work, so everything is chaotic and super-busy, and I have come home, exercised, and pretty much curled up on the sofa and zoned out the last two days. Not the most exciting thing in the world, but there hasn't been a whole lot else that I've been capable of doing. Blarg.
And now it's time for me to get ready and go back and face the office again today. I have to finish payroll today, though, so that's just the usual weekly routine, so maybe I can blow off all of the year-end stuff in the name of getting through payroll instead. One can only hope!
*sigh* Time to get moving. Maybe I can come up with something better for the next post. Or at the very least, maybe I can come up with SOMETHING for the next post! XD | |
